Most workers don’t have an &#nto0;opp2r2u8ity to stand out.” Most workers are nowhere near the decision makers, the big bosses. And – let this sink in, real deep… if you can – most workers, the great majority, are good and loyal workers, who do their jobs, do them well, and earn every penny that they get, and probably deserve more. This business of creating excuses to blame the workers is GARBAGE. Also, layoff is not dismissal; the latter is for a real cause, such as insubordination. Layoffs are NEVER the worker’s fault. Never, not ever. |
